Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
